The revelation on freedom blog site Coup Four and Half of the firing of Judge Sosefo Inoke includes the reply that the regime’s Chief Justice gave to Inoke when asked why he was being fired. Inoke was told that “the powers that be” had decided not to renew his contract.  Is this the best the regime’s Chief Justice can do to describe the way judicial appointments are made under the Bainikhaiyum regime?

Coup Four and a Half have reported that the Hanging Judge, Khaiyum’s dirty job man, is under investigation. This followed “the illegal Prime Minister’s office received two sworn affidavits from FICAC officers saying he was constantly in touch with FICAC prosecutor, George Langman, and FICAC consultant, Nazhat Shameem, each afternoon after the day’s proceedings had ended – directing FICAC who to call, what questions to ask and what not to ask.” If true, this is dynamite.

We at FDN belive that, given the chance, the intellectually-challenged RFMF Land Force Commander, Colonel Mosese Tikoitoga, will eventually reveal all about the dictatorship’s bogus constitutional process. His latest slip-up has been to confirm an important inclusion in the new constitution which, in theory, has yet to be written. Tikoitoga is reported by the Fiji Sun newspaper as saying that our new constitution will “clearly define the role” of the Republic of the Fiji Ministry Forces (RFMF). Does this mean that Tikoitoga already knows what is in the constitution? Or is he just making it up? Folks, either way, it all goes to prove that Mosese Tikoitoga is a clown and a loser.

The Methodist Church has been left to wait for illegal Commissioner Naivalurua to return to the country before they can expect a decision on their request to hold their annual conference. This is a carefully calculated insult to the entire Methodist congregation of Fiji. It reflects the arrogance that comes from holding office illegally.
